Didnt do anything for me – if anything it had the opposite effect. ordred the fat burner Capsiplex, lets see how that goes.

Wouldn’t reccomend this to anyone who values sleep at all. No matter how early I took it in the day, it would leave me unable to sleep all night long. Sure there’s an energy boost when you take it, but then you end up so sleep deprived that you’re more tired than you were to begin with.

This plaid a huge part in my weight loss. I lost thirty five pounds in two months. You can’t expect to loose weight just taking the pill. You have to exercise and eat a low calorie diet. You do loose allot of sleep, so instead of taking it three times a day i only took it at breakfast and lunch. It is amazing. I am the smallest that I have ever been and look great in a bikini.

Just started taking this. I like the energy boost so far. Last night was the first time for me. No trouble sleeping. Usually my mornings are quite sluggish but I am feeling energized today. As for effectiveness I will have to see. I don’t have much to looser to get into the healthy BMI range so I am hoping this will be just the boost I need!
