The order above was placed January 10,2012. It was shipped to me and returned January 19, 2012 to you unopened.
I have been in touch with your company a number of times to have this product reimbursed to my credit card and to date nothing has shown up.
I have called January 19, March 2, March 6th and have been told that someone will get back to me and no one has.
If this is how you conduct your business I will not be at all interested in purchasing anything more from you. It certainly did’nt take you this long to bill my card. I dont understand why it is taking so long to reimburse.
Please look into this and either email me back on receipt of this email or I will have to take further action. Thank you.
