Belviq, a new prescription grade diet drug is on the horizon and has just been given approval by the FDA (the US governmental department that oversees the food and drugs industry).

The real proof will be when the drug is rolled out across the US and Canada and real life stories start to emerge.
Who Can Take Belviq
The drug is suitable for obese patients that have a body mass of 30 or over. It is also better suited to people that have a weight related health condition or issue that has arisen as result of their obesity.
It is not suitable for pregnant or breast feeding women.

Some identified side effects include headache, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, dry mouth and constipation
