I dont know if its proactol or my new exercise routine but I am losing weight.

Proactol is a fat binder and an appetite suppressant. It has a two stage mechanic of action.
Firstly, It prevents some of the fat from fatty food consumed from being digested – around 25% or so. So in laymans terms you are reducing your fat intake by a quarter. This does not mean you can eat more fatty food though you have to apply a bit of discipline.
The second process is the appetite suppressant. If Proactol is used for several months your stomach/body/brain will become acclimatised to accepting less food and you should not revert back to ways of old.
Proactol for all its merits is not a magic pill – if you seriously want to lose weight you have ‘work’ with the pill and not just ‘rely’ on it.
